  naturally like your website however you need to take a
  look at the spelling on quite a few of your posts.
  Several of them are rife with spelling problems and I to find it very troublesome to tell the reality on the other hand I will certainly come back

  First off I want to say excellent blog! I had a quick
  question that I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing.
  I've had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out.
  
  I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be wasted
  simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints?

  When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and
  now each time a comment is added I get three e-mails
  with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove
  me from that service? Many thanks!
